Our ingredients

Good Food Begins with Good Ingredients
We believe what goes into our snacks matters just as much as how they taste. That's why we look beyond conventional ingredients, exploring ancient grains, lentils, whole spices and familiar pantry favourites. We favour naturally derived ingredients wherever possible, choosing each one for the flavour, texture or purpose it brings to a recipe. Our approach is simple: make thoughtful choices, keep things uncomplicated, and let good ingredients speak for themselves.

Keeping things simple

Nothing unnecessary
We believe a good snack doesn't need a long list of unnecessary extras. Our recipes are built around ingredients chosen for a reason, without artificial colours, artificial flavours or artificial preservatives. We don't believe every ingredient has to be unusual or trendy to be worthwhile. Sometimes, a familiar pantry ingredient is exactly what a recipe needs. What matters to us is using it thoughtfully, rather than adding something simply because it's common in packaged food.

Why we love millets

Ancient Grains, Timeless Goodness
Nourishing generations for thousands of years, millets are ancient grains valued for their nutrition and resilience. Naturally gluten-free, they provide plant-based protein, dietary fibre, essential minerals and beneficial plant compounds, including antioxidants. Ragi (Finger Millet) Celebrated for its calcium content, ragi also provides iron, dietary fibre and naturally occurring antioxidants. Its rich, earthy flavour pairs beautifully with cocoa and jaggery in our Ragi Chocolate Cookies. Jowar (Sorghum) Valued for its complex carbohydrates, minerals and beneficial plant compounds, jowar offers a nutritious alternative to refined flours. Its mild, nutty flavour makes it a wonderful choice for our Jowar Coconut Cookies. Ancient grains. Thoughtful choices. Delicious possibilities. Please note: While ragi and jowar are naturally gluten-free, our finished products may contain gluten due to potential cross-contact during preparation.

From ancient grains to everyday favourites, every ingredient has a role to play. And every recipe is an opportunity to make snacking a little more thoughtful — without losing the flavours we love.
